Everyone’s path through menopause is different.

Learn what to expect and get help from our Red Hot Mamas program.

Just as no two women are alike, the transition through menopause can vary from person to person. Some women coast through menopause, experiencing few symptoms. For others, the transition can be more challenging. But no matter how your body reacts, it’s important to have a deep understanding of menopause. Knowing what to expect, how to deal with symptoms and how to communicate with loved ones can be the most important tools in dealing with the change.

The series is part of the nationally recognized Red Hot Mamas® Menopause Education Program. Bring a friend and enjoy a healthy dose of quality girl time as one of the Saint Francis Hospital physicians speaks on different topics throughout 2016.

Seminars are from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at either the Bartlett or Memphis locations. The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. with refreshments and giveaways. Speakers start at 6:00 p.m.
